I was previously Office Manager at a firm where Tess also worked. Tessa was working at our onsite office and would come to head office one day per week to help with the workload. During that time, I found Tessa to be very efficient, capable, and used her initiative to get jobs completed. Nothing was a problem for her to do. Jobs would be done without request, even including my filing!
